TERMS AND CONDITIONS of SERVICE
All clients purchasing Spiritual Life Coaching (aka Guided Healing and Transformation) services (aka sessions) from Of Earth and Echo LLC, either as a part of a one-on-one Guided Healing and Transformation session memberships and packages, Spiritual Coaching, or One time Spiritual Coaching services, agree to the following terms of service:
Services and Responsibilities:
Of Earth and Echo LLC offers a program of guided healing and transformation services, spiritual life coaching, mentoring and spiritual advising services (Sessions or Services) which have been understood and agreed to by Client.
Client understands that program and services are not a form of professional therapy or treatment program, and is not intended to or capable of treating, identifying, or diagnosing any medical or psychological disease, condition, or complaint.
Client understands that the session will be conducted by Petey J Agalos, Spiritual Life Coach for Of Earth and Echo LLC. Client understands that Petey J Agalos and/or Of Earth and Echo LLC is not a licensed medical provider as relates to the sessions or services, and is not a therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, or doctor.
Client agrees to seek professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, and/or therapeutic help as they deem necessary. Client understands and agrees that Of Earth and Echo LLC is in no way responsible for Client’s decision whether or not to seek such professional help, and/or the results of any such decision.
Client understands that the sessions and services may cause Client to experience extreme emotional states. Client agrees that they are fully responsible for managing his or her actions and mental state before, during, and after the sessions and services. Client takes complete responsibility for all of his or her actions before, during, and after the sessions and services, regardless of whether such actions were discussed in connection with the sessions and services.
Client acknowledges that they are of sound mind and fully capable of understanding the extent and limitations of the sessions and services. Client will not attempt, in any way, to hold Petey J Agalos and/or Of Earth and Echo LLC responsible for Client’s choices or actions, whether or not such choices or actions were in any way resulting from or related to the sessions and services or Client’s relationship with Petey J Agalos and/or Of Earth and Echo LLC. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Petey J Agalos and/or Of Earth and Echo LLC from any loss or liability related in any way to the sessions and services or Client’s relationship with Petey J Agalos and/or Of Earth and Echo LLC.
Confidentiality:
Of Earth and Echo LLC will not disclose information the Client reveals in connection with the sessions and services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client acknowledges that the relationship between client and Of Earth and Echo LLC is not subject to doctor/patient confidentiality or any other legal protection. Client agrees that Of Earth and Echo LLC may disclose to appropriate legal and/or law enforcement authorities any fact(s) revealed by Client that Of Earth and Echo LLC reasonably believes it has a legal, ethical, or other obligation to disclose. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Of Earth and Echo LLC for any disclosure, and/or any results of such disclosure, made pursuant to this clause.
Appointment Scheduling and Payment of Fees:
The client will pay the session or service package fee prior to beginning the sessions or services.
In the event that the client wishes to discontinue a package of sessions and services prior to completing them, the client understands that they will not be refunded for sessions and services in that package already completed; but they will be refunded for the remaining unused sessions or services.
In the case that a client has purchased a monthly membership of sessions and services, in the event the client wishes to discontinue, the client will cancel their monthly membership either online or by contacting Of Earth and Echo LLC at admin@ofearthandecho.com, or by not purchasing a membership the following month. The client will not be refunded for any remaining unused services during the month of membership in which the membership was canceled. Unless otherwise arranged according to the protocols of this agreement, the client will be able to complete the sessions and services of their purchased membership until the calendar ending date of the membership purchased.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the energy, preparation, and commitment involved in each session, the following policy applies to all appointments:
Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations - Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be charged the full session rate. This ensures respect for both the time and the energetic preparation invested in your session.
Emergency Consideration - I understand that life can bring unexpected circumstances. In the case of genuine emergencies, please reach out directly, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation with compassion and understanding.
By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Upon the purchase of session(s) and service(s) in the program below, Client acknowledges that they have read the preceding information, has had ample opportunity to discuss and ask questions related to this Agreement, and understands his or her rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Guided Healing & Transformation - 1st Session – 90 minutes
Guided Healing & Transformation Standard Session – 1 hour
Guided Healing & Transformation 3-Session Package (3) 1 hour sessions
Guided Healing & Transformation 6-Session Deep Journey (6) 1 hour sessions
Guided Healing & Transformation - Monthly Membership (4) 1 hour sessions
