Two longtime friends came together with a shared vision: to answer a deeper call for healing, unity, and brotherhood in a world divided by wounded masculine and feminine dynamics. What began as personal paths of growth has become a movement to guide men back to their true nature—one rooted not in ego or control, but in presence, purpose, and protection born of love.
Together, we hold space for men to remember who they are beneath the masks—to reconnect with their inner child, reclaim emotional depth, and restore balance within. This is a bridge between the wounded past and a conscious future, where men and women can meet each other with respect, truth, and reverence.
Petey J Agalos is a man born from the land, shaped by the grit of ranch life, and called by Spirit to help heal the fracture between the masculine and the feminine. Raised on horseback and guided by the stillness of nature, Petey was once taught that strength meant silence and survival. But life taught him that real strength is found in vulnerability, devotion, and emotional truth.
His story is not one of perfection, but of profound transformation. From the quiet ache of generational pain to the loud grief of losing his son, Petey has walked through fire, heartbreak, addiction, betrayal, and rebirth. And in that fire, he found his sacred purpose.
He is not a healer because he’s untouchable. He’s a healer because he’s been touched — deeply, painfully, and irrevocably — by life.
Now, Petey stands as a guide for men who are ready to feel again. To lead from the heart. To release the performative masculinity we were taught and embody the sacred protector archetype — one who is soft, strong, sovereign, and deeply in service to the feminine, the Earth, and Spirit.
Through ceremony, music, raw truth-telling, and deep brotherhood, Petey creates spaces where men can remember who they are beneath the armor. His medicine is lived, not learned — woven from cowboy grit, divine downloads, and the soul of a father who’s loved, lost, and risen.
This is his calling: To walk beside men on the path home to themselves. To help heal the masculine so we may rise — together — in balance, in reverence, and in love.
Rooted in the soil of the valley and raised among horses, livestock, and the steady rhythm of farm life, my journey has always been deeply connected to the Earth. Agriculture is more than a livelihood — it is my lineage, my first language, and the lens through which I understand the sacred.
From a young age, I often felt out of place — in classrooms, in friendships, and even in my own skin. That sense of disconnection, painful as it was, became the doorway to something deeper. The land, in its quiet cycles of birth, growth, death, and renewal, offered more than labor. It offered wisdom.
Working with animals — training horses, tending dairy cows, raising livestock — has been its own kind of soul medicine. These beings speak the language of presence and trust. They called me back to stillness, back to my body, and back to my own inner knowing. Through them, and through Mother Earth herself, I’ve come to understand healing not just as recovery, but as a sacred path: one rooted in rhythm, relationship, and reverence.
Marriage became a mirror — gently reflecting the parts of me that longed for healing, and the parts that were ready to bloom. Within the safety of love and the truth of challenge, I began the slow and sacred journey home to myself.
My time working as a correctional officer in a men’s prison further shaped my path. It opened my eyes to the deep, often unspoken wounds carried by men. Behind the walls and uniforms, I witnessed profound pain, survival, and quiet strength. It taught me how to read between the lines, how to communicate with men from all walks of life, and how to hold space with both respect and clarity. It gave me a rare and humbling education in the complexity of the wounded masculine — and how vital healing truly is.
Today, I walk this path with an open heart and grounded devotion. I offer what I’ve learned from the land, the animals, and the lifelong process of remembering who we truly are beneath all the noise. To me, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about returning to peacefulness.
As co-founder and administrator of Of Earth and Echo, I’m here not only to help things run smoothly — but to create a space where others can navigate the kind of journey I once had to walk alone.
